1. What age group is the Push-N-Go Kids Bike for? The Push-N-Go kids bike is aimed at children between 2-7 years old. It is most commonly used by 4-5 year old children but it is up to the parents to decide when their child is ready to learn to ride a bike. The Push-N-Go bike has a weight limit of 35 kg. 2. Do I need to wear safety gear while riding the Push-N-Go bike? We strongly recommend that safety gear is worn whilst riding the Push-N-Go bike. This will help to protect you if you have a fall. A helmet is essential but gloves, knee pads and elbow pads may also be worn where required. 2. Does the Push-N-Go bike come with brakes? No, the Push-N-Go bike does not have brakes or a bell or any other extra. There are two reasons for this. Firstly the lighter the bike the easier it is to ride (and to carry!) and secondly brakes and bells act as a distration when learning to ride. Children quickly learn to put their feet on the ground to slow down and this also help them to learn to balance. 3. What forms of payment do you accept? Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cheque. Credit and debit cards are processed securely online and your Push-N-Go bike will be despatched immediately. If you use the 'Pay by Cheque option, your bike will be held until your cheque has been received. We accept the following credit/debit cards.  4. Can I order by telephone? Yes, simply send us an email with your name and telephone number and we will call you to get your details. Orders by telephone do not receive the online discount. If you do not wish to use our online credit card payment system then you can use our Online Pay by Cheque option to receive the discount. 5. How secure is your online payment system? Our online payment system is run be SecureTrading to ensure that it is very secure. For more details click here. 6. Will I receive confirmation of my order? Yes, you will receive confirmation of your order. Once you have placed your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. You will also receive an email to confirm you order. Credit/Debit card payments will receive an extra email to confirm that the card has been debited successfully. 7. What is the normal delivery time? Normally delivery is 1-2 days but please allow up to one week. 8. Will I need to sign for the delivery? We use ANC, a national courier, to make all our deliveries. They require you to sign for your delivery so please ensure that you deliver to an address where a signature can be given. If nobody is in when your Push-N-Go bike is delivered then the ANC driver will leave a card giving you instructions on how to rearrange the delivery. 9. What happens if it is damaged on arrival? Please contact us immediately by email giving your name, order number, telephone number and details of the damage. 10. There is a problem with my Push-N-Go bike. What do I do?
